ایجاد مدارس در واقع بنیانگذاری اندیشه جدایی علم از مذهب هست. زیرا در اصل مرکز علم باید مساجد باشند چنانچه اکثر دانشمندان دوران طلایی تمدن اسلامی مراکز اموزشی خود را از مساجد شروع و به ان ادامه دادند حتی لباس انان همان لباس روحانیون بوده است. در مقابل کوشش های فراوانی می شد تا علم را از دین جدا کنند، دهریون گروه منسجمی بودند که به شدت ان را دنبال می کردند البته از ابتدای تاریخ که علوم را انبیا توسط وحی الهی دریافت و در اختیار بشر قرار می دادند گروههای بنام فیلسوف یا دانشمند سعی داشتند اکادمی جداگانه ایجاد کنند. زیرا فراگیری علم در  خارج از مساجد انها را از قید اخلاق ازاد می کرد بنا بر این می‌توانستند از علم خود برای نابودی رقبا و دست یافتن به قدرت و ثروت استفاده کنند، کم کم این دو حوزه از هم جدا شده و سکولاریسم به معنی اموزش خارج از مسجد پا گرفت و  اکنون در ایران نهادینه شده که باید در ان تجدیدنظر کرد. یعنی در حکومت اسلامی از کودکی به همه تفهیم می شود علم در جایی خارج از مساجد است و اگر کسی قدرت ثروت علم  می خواهد باید با مسجد فاصله بگیرد. و مسجد فقط محل عبادت خصوصی هست. لذا خروجی انهم فرار مغزها می شود.
